Solution Overview

The Panther-Eye M1000 is a specialized cooling hole inspection device for aero-engine blades. It uses optical AI confocal fusion technology to achieve high-precision measurements of cooling holes. The measurement content includes hole diameter, location, angle, spacing, and permeability detection for round and non-standard holes. It supports automated production line integration for fully automated intelligent inspection. The current version measures hole diameter, location, and angle, as well as shape and contour parameters for non-standard holes. It also inspects key blade areas. Simple and efficient operation makes it the top choice in cooling hole inspection.
