On September 21, 2018, Director Lin Mingjing of the Bureau of Financial and Material Affairs of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, accompanied by Vice President Yang Qingchun of the Xi'an Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, visited our unit for an inspection and guidance.

Our unit's core technology team is involved in the National Development and Reform Commission's 13th Five - Year Plan for Science and Education Infrastructure Projects. Director Lin and his team listened to the project report, inquired about the progress, and provided instructions based on the project application requirements. They then visited the team's achievement exhibition hall, where Yang Xiaojun, a core member of the project and director of the Center for Photonics Manufacturing at the Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, introduced a series of achievements our unit has made in ultra - fast laser micro - processing equipment and applications. Director Lin expressed affirmation and support for the 13th Five - Year Plan for Science and Education Infrastructure Projects, and encouraged us to continue to promote the development of the project and strive for its early implementation.
