Xi 'an Zhongke Micro Precision Photonics Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly established by Xi 'an Institute of Optics and Machinery of Chinese Academy of Sciences and excellent team in laser field, mainly committed to the research and development, production, sales and processing services of high-end laser ultra-precision and fine processing equipment. As the leader of high-end intelligent manufacturing equipment of ultrafast laser in China, the R&D team of the company has mastered core technologies such as composite beam scanning and three-dimensional surface adaptive positioning in the industry, and has successively developed two generations of serialized ultrafast laser processing equipment of four categories (aviation, aerospace, automotive, electronics), with core indicators reaching the international advanced level. For aviation, aerospace, electronic information and medical fields of many difficult to process materials and components to provide a full range of solutions for ultra-fine cold processing, has been widely used.
The company relies on the Photonic Manufacturing System and Application Research Center of Xi 'an Institute of Optics and Machinery of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as the research and development support and technology source, bringing together outstanding talents in the industry. The company has about 400 employees, of which 5% are PHDS and 70% are technical masters. The company has formed a research and development center in Xi 'an and a sales center in Dongguan, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Guiyang, Zhuzhou and Shenyang. (1) Optical Engineer
Master degree or above, with laser principle, fiber optics, nonlinear optics and other related theoretical foundation and experimental hands-on ability
Optical/laser related professional knowledge, good English reading and writing skills;
Familiar with laser system design and development, more than 3 years of ultrafast laser research and development, application development experience is preferred;
Familiar with micro/nano optical system design, experience in precision optical instrument design is preferred.
(2) Algorithm engineer
1. Experience in developing at least one algorithm of machine vision algorithm, 2D and 3D graphics algorithm and point cloud related algorithm;
2, proficient in C++ and have good coding standards;
3. Good teamwork and communication skills;
4. Bonus points are not required: experience in software or PC development in laser processing industry.
(3) Embedded engineer
1, with Linux development experience, with one or more capabilities in system transplantation, driver development, application development;
2, familiar with ARM, FPGA, heterogeneous SoC one or more development, have a certain hardware foundation;
3. Control theory background or certain experience in motion control is preferred;
4, with a certain network communication foundation, industrial bus application development experience is preferred.
(4) Process engineer
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in optics, laser physics, materials science is preferred;
2, skilled use of CAD/SW/UG and common office software;
3, more than one year of laser processing equipment process development related work experience, outstanding graduates (no experience required);
4, with team spirit, rigorous, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, strong ability to work under pressure.
(5) Control engineer
1. Experience in MCU or embedded development;
2, familiar with motion control principle, with rotary servo motor and linear motor application experience;
3, familiar with the motion controller or CNC system working principle, with PMAC/ACS/ AEROTECH/Linghua/Gugao/Li Li and other motion controller (card) application and development experience;
4, with CNC system development experience.
(6) Sales engineer
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years sales experience;
2. Have sales experience and customer resources in military industry, aerospace field, or research institutes and universities;
3. Master the procurement process of the industry and have successful sales cases in related fields, familiar with the equipment sales process, and have sales experience in the equipment industry is preferred;
4. Able to complete most sales activities and related tasks independently; Strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure bearing ability; Ability to accept travel and reassignment is preferred.
(7) Test engineer
1, have a certain experience in algorithm testing;
2, can write unit tests;
3. Experience in automated test platform application;
4. Good communication and teamwork skills;
5, have a certain understanding of PC or industrial software.
(8) After-sales engineer
1, Bachelor degree or above, optics, laser processing, materials, machinery, electrical and other related majors, more than 3 years of work experience;
2, understand the basic knowledge of optics, laser processing experience, five axis and above CNC machining center operation experience is preferred;
3, able to support equipment technical support related work, can accept overtime and business trips;
4, have a good after-sales cognition, customer service awareness and experience. Experience in handling after-sales problems. Able to draw parallels, flexible and principled;
5, strong adaptability, independent thinking and practical ability, strong sense of responsibility.
(9) CNC structural engineer
1. College degree or above, mechanical automation or related science and engineering major
2. With CNC lathe, three axis, four axis, five axis operation experience and ability
3. Familiar or proficient in the use of CAD, UG,Mastercam and other software programming, debugging software post-processing is preferred
4. Have product analysis ability, can fully understand drawings
5. According to customer needs, product structure attributes, can split the structure, develop a reasonable processing process and equipment selection
6. Responsible for communicating with customers about technical requirements and quotations
7. Identification of the first internal structure
(10) CNC programming engineer
1. College degree or above, mechanical automation or related science and engineering major
2. With CNC lathe, three axis, four axis, five axis operation experience and ability
3. Familiar with or proficient in the use of CAD, UG,Mastercam and other software programming, debugging software post-processing
4. Familiar with or proficient in CNC machining technology, familiar with material processing tools, cutting parameters and corresponding processing tools, processing characteristics, with the ability to deal with common processing problems
5. Have product analysis ability, can fully understand drawings
6. According to the product processing technology plan, write the corresponding CNC machining program, can be familiar with the operation equipment, can adjust and modify the processing program according to the product demand. (Familiar with FANUC/ Mitsubishi/Siemens system programming and 3/4/5 axis post-processing)
(11) CNC process engineer
1. College degree or above, mechanical automation or related science and engineering major
2. Familiar with machining technology (familiar with CNC lathes, machining centers)
3. Skilled use of computer software and office software, skilled use of CAD, UG and other drawing software
4. Have relevant technical work experience, manufacturing process, tool material and heat treatment, CNC technology knowledge (have machine plus tool design experience is preferred)
5. Responsible for designing the corresponding tool according to the requirements of parts processing technology, verifying the tool, and formulating the corresponding tool life. (Tool drawing design - outgoing - procurement - verification - Standard tool life - Establish tool BOM)
6. According to the process roadmap, make the tooling design of each process and the testing and verification of the tooling after returning to the factory. (Tooling drawing design - outsourcing - procurement - verification - fixture maintenance and use specifications)
(12) Quality System Engineer (National military standard)
1, familiar with the quality management system standard terms;
2, familiar with the quality system requirements, can independently complete the quality system training;
3, familiar with the quality problem analysis ideas and requirements, master the common quality problem analysis tools;
4, with good quality awareness and good statistical analysis ability;
5. Responsible for the normalization and effectiveness maintenance of system documents and the continuous improvement of quality management;
6. Promote the first, second and third party quality audit and management review;
7, responsible for internal and external audit or process monitoring found nonconformity tracking, verification work;
8. Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of system operation;
(13) HR management trainees
1. Previous graduate students, law, science and engineering background is preferred;
