On May 13, 2021, the establishment conference of the Shaanxi Photon Industry Innovation Alliance with the theme of "Chasing Light, Gathering Strength, and Integrating the Two Chains" was successfully held at the Shaanxi Academy of Sciences. The Photon Industry Innovation Consortium is established by Shaanxi Academy of Sciences, relying on the advantages of photon technology and talents in Shaanxi Province, by integrating Xi'an Zhongke Microelectronics, Xi'an Juguang Technology, Xi'an and its optoelectronics and other relevant advantageous enterprises in the photon industry, and by combining the Chinese Academy of Sciences Xi'an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Northwest University, Air Force Engineering University, Xi'an University of Technology, Xi'an University of Technology and other provincial photonic technology advantage innovation units.
